Z-TV Tools Terms and Conditions

The graphics and footage (the "Z-TV Tools") available for downloading in the Z-TV  Tools section of the Z-CoiL “Best Idea on TWO feet” Contest Website ("Contest"), and the trademarks, logos and designs contained therein, are the exclusive property of Z-Tech, Inc. dba Z-CoiL Footwear and its affiliates ("Z-CoiL") and may only be downloaded for use in connection with Contest. Any other use of the Z-TV Tools is strictly prohibited.
Z-CoiL and its affiliates hereby grant Entrants a royalty-free, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Z-TV Tools solely in connection with the Contest, subject to the terms herein. Entrants shall not use the Z-TV Tools other than as specifically authorized by this Agreement and may not distribute the Z-TV Tools to any other person or post the Z-TV Tools on any Website other than the YouTube Brand Channel associated with the Contest. Entrants shall not edit or modify the Z-TV Tools in any way and use of the elements may not disparage Z-CoiL, its affiliates or their products. Title to and ownership of the Z-TV Tools shall remain with Z-CoiL and its affiliates at all times and all uses shall inure to the benefit of Z-CoiL and its affiliates.
If an Entrant violates any of these terms or conditions, then the Entrant's right to use the Z-TV Tools shall immediately and automatically terminate. By downloading any of the Z-TV Tools, Entrants consent to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.

Z-CoiL makes no representations or warranties regarding the Z-TV Tools, and by downloading the Z-TV Tools, Entrants agree to release and hold Z-CoiL and its affiliates and their agencies harmless from and against any and all liability that may result, including any damage to an Entrant's or any other person's computer.
